Connect a wallet

Connect a wallet

Connect an EVM address and check its network without changing your sample portfolio.

Connect wallet is in the app header. FOLD can discover compatible installed EVM wallets, request an address after you choose one, and display the current network.

Connect from the app

  1. Click Connect wallet in the header.
  2. Choose a detected wallet. No account request is sent before this choice.
  3. Approve the connection in your wallet, or reject it to cancel.
  4. Open the connected-address panel to see the network, copy your address or disconnect.

The connection lasts while navigating app pages. Reconnect after a full page reload. Disconnect clears the connection in FOLD; it does not revoke permissions already stored by your wallet extension.

Robinhood Chain

The connected-wallet panel offers an explicit switch to Robinhood Chain. Your wallet asks you to approve the network change; if the network is missing, it may first request that you add it.

No wallet detected

Open foldreserve.xyz in a compatible wallet’s built-in browser, or install an EVM browser extension. The picker includes an installation link and lets you copy the site URL. A generic browser without an injected provider cannot connect by itself.

The current integration does not offer a WalletConnect QR session. You can continue the simulation without connecting.

What connecting permits

Address and network only

Connection never signs a message, approves token spending or sends a FOLD transaction. App balances stay simulated. A real wallet address appearing in the header does not make the reserve or payouts live.

Rejected or pending requests are shown in the panel. If your wallet is waiting on an earlier connection request, finish or cancel it there before retrying. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into FOLD.
